I just saw this thread and checked JRRShop - looks like Komplete 10 update shows and a preorder items and says it's not available yet. Has anyone ordered Komplete from there or is it truly not available there yet?

JRRShop's inventory status isn't hooked up to the Internet. Anyway, yeah, I ordered my Komplete 10 Ultimate update through JRRshop and they shipped it out to me on October 1, 2014, so it's definitely available from there.
Ha, I just noticed their Streichfett listing still says pre-order too, even though I bought mine there and I was among the first people in the USA to receive one last year.
