Damn, I was hoping for another month of beta. Been trying to choose between this and Serum, reckon i'll just have to get both.

Post

Finally, there it is  What a Mmonsterrrr synth this has become..

Congrats on the release!
No band limits, aliasing is the noise of freedom!

Totally different synths :o
You might want to ask yourself what kind of synth you are looking for first (apart from one that sounds great) to make the final decision :)

Download, install and see for yourself.

 :borg:  :tu: :wheee: :D

Are the presets part of the download?

Post

Can't try it right now (at work).

Is the CPU load roughly along the same lines as DIVA or ZEBRA?
Play it by ear

Which is why I want both. The having to choose bit comes down to personal finances and the fact they are both on special offer at the moment.

I've already bought bazille in beta and now going through the presets I'm glad I did. Nice Job U-he and all the sound designers :)

Bazille at its introductory price then, as it will never again be this low.
Xfer has sales - right?

CPU load like Zebra and Diva?

Congrats on the release :)

Yeah, Bazille at this price is now or never really. I decided ages ago i was gonna buy it, just hoped i could put off paying for it for a bit longer.

I haven't tried Serum yet because I've been finishing up a soundset for Bazille so I can't really compare them. All I can say is Bazille is very special. It's hard to explain but the sound has soul.

I really don't need anymore synths at all.
In fact, I'm reducing many off my system. All good, just not used in anything productive.
Really tried to just not buy this either, but as I said...

And this is one I doubt if I'll be letting go anytime soon, whether I use it in the mix or not.
Because some plugins are worth their value in what they do for my neural pathways;
and this promises to be one of those in the modular realm.

The whole modular thing has really inspired me. Something about trying to wire things up in odd ways just to see what happens. On top of that the sounds it can make from just one or two oscillators without stacking up loads of voices is really quite amazing. CPU usage is a bit heavy for my crappy i3 though.
