TS-12 wrote: Tue Sep 04, 2018 8:18 am Reading on the internet seems this happens to Omnisphere, stylus rmx and trillion, in all the daws, so definitely not daw related.

Spectrasonics support recommend deleting preference (.dat ? ) files after that omnisphere rebuilds the database.
(This fixes the problem temporarily for few weeks / months, but then later starts happening again. Contact support , delete preference files.. )

Hi! i have the same problem and i cant find the .DAT file you mention. I'm using PC. if you can point me to the right path i would be very grateful!
I forgot where every time I contact support they have me delete it and deauthorize the plugin.
You can google where the file is stored.

I always save multis inside the plugin, and in a daw as a plugin preset. But when this happens neither of the files can recover it. Even if I try loading them in the standalone mode

This type of issue never ever happened to me with any other plugins. Only with spectrasonics.
Spectrasonics have the best sound designers but the worst software developers.

Note to self: don't buy omnisphere

It's odd - never had this issue on Mac or PC installs - several different rigs - in a decade. I can't imagine why some people seem to get it and others don't.
