Especially of interest to the Buchla afficinados out there:

This album was made using a Buchla 100 modular synthesiser system from the 1960s. No other sound sources were used, or any external processing. The pieces were built up by layering different tracks upon each other, a technique known as 'sound on sound' recording. I deliberately wanted to avoid using regular harmonic, melodic and rhythmic elements on this record, preferring to let the Buchla speak its own very particular language.
