I'm starting to think that's all one can do with it. There's clearly a lot happening behind the scenes, but all that's inaccessible to the user. It seems like the cut-down, non-programmable version of a bigger product. It's way over-priced, too.

There's a thread on the Tracktion forum with a bit more detail; TSC talk about a "sound designer" version where the full capabilities of the plugin are exposed. In this way it seems a bit similar to Eisenberg Audio's Einklang Synth, insofar as the user has access to predetermined sounds and parameters, but "sound designers" with access to the internals can go a lot deeper.

Not yet - technically I'm a T5 owner too but haven't had an offer either way. For T6 I would expect a lower offer if anything, not none at all. Otherwise I'll just wait till T7.

Then this version should be considered more like a "Player".
So I wonder what the full version will cost
