My interest in binaural spatial plugins is twofold:
1. The emulation of human ears for directional spatialization.
2. The physical modeling of a real acoustic environment for reverb/echo, that the human ears live in.
I will download and test the free version of your plugin shortly (thanks for supporting Mac; why do so many newer plugins exclude Snow Leopard?)... but I wanted to make this comment ASAP and ask you if you plan to do acoustic reflection/room modeling or just add a reverb to the signal? If it's the former, I'm interested. If it's the latter, I'm not (and there are enough reverb plugins in the world). Adding algorithmic or IR reverb to a binaural signal destroys the spatial effect. A physically modeled room, however, is hard to find in plugins. There are very few raycasting plugins and NONE of them use binaural virtual microphones to capture the signal.

Panagement is intended as a mixing tool rather than for realism, you'll definately have to add several plugins to get realism (and it will be much less realistic than binaural recordings with dummy heads anyway).
Your best bet is to spatialize early reflections but not the long tail of the reverb.
This is what I would do in serial :
- Model distance with Proximity or (Panagement + short reverb). Proximity does early reflections and is aimed at realism.
- Then Binaural panning of the early reflections and direct sound will give a strong externalization cue (Panagement can be used for that).
- Then a reverb without early reflections will give the final realistic touch
Alternatively, putting a whole reverb before binaural panning is possible too (adjust Stereo Width then).
