A pro plugin is a plugin coded by professional coder(s) to a highest possible standard and for use in professional environment.

But that's beside the point. What's important is that 249£ for a plugin is not unheard of. UAD, Sonnox, Waves, Ircam etc have plenty of plugins that are in the same range or over. Actually UAD plugins are often in the 300-350 range.

Is that too expensive for Punish? Might be. Or might not. If it has a stellar comp, limiter, eq and transient processor in the same plugin then probably not. But I do not care either way as another dynamic processor is the last thing that I would need.

This is Psychological Terrorism. How the hell can I possibly think straight with all this bombardment of AWESOME?

Taking deep breaths. I can do the compression stuff with any of the gulliblillion compressors I already have. I can do the saturation with Saturn. I can do the bloody transient shit with Transient Master or what's that other one I already have... The Sonnox one when it was on sale. Yeah. I can do the EQ with Pro-Q. I can do the limiter with TLS Maximizer. OK... Ok...

Somebody please help me uninstall this demo... dammit my credit card is right f**king THERE

It's very hard to resist the enchanting words of Dan Worral. So, Pro R will be an instant buy for me (I just hope it's 'Pro' enough).

Not that I actually need another reverb of course...

Can anyone tell me what is special about this plugin that some of guys just crave for it?

Its only few units in one wich you can compile yourself. Also trash2 is a comparable alternative wich is even better in my opinion.
