I guess it would be worth checking out Xfer Nerve...

Can't really say if ALL the functions you listed is available in Nerve cause I have yet to mastered it fully, but if you haven't tried it yet I recommend you to do so...
Wow, a response that is actually helpful. Thanks, Nerve looks cool.

Well that's the actual topic of this thread is it not?

If one actually considering what the puropse of this post is and do not only read the topic headline, then it's quite clear cut that you are looking for a replacement for your favourite sampler/sequencer Ruction.

You start with clearly saying it's your opinion that you still prefer the old Ruction over newer alternatives like Battery4, Geist, Groove Agent so these don't suit your needs, any talk about these being better or worse than Ruction are basicly out of topic...

Then you have included a picture of the plugin and list the functions, this is obviously intended for anyone who does not know the plugin in order to get a better understanding of what you are looking for. It would be hard to give good suggestion without such information...

...anyway, hope that Nerve can sort you out, I had a hard time finding anything that had the practical essence of use that I was looking for, Nerve was the best I could find according to my preferences.

I wish you good luck with the search.

You know the image DOES remind me of several different Reaktor drum modules...most notably Silverbird (which was for Reaktor 5, I don't know that.it works in 6). There are some handy things in Reaktor, for sure! Waldorf Attack has a similar sequencer layout but, I'm not sure If Waldorf even offers Attack for anything beyond the iPad anymore. The only other drum machine VSTs I've found to be really impressive are Microtonic, Xils Stix, and Nerve. Tremor is pretty good too but, uses a little more CPU than the others, and I found it to be maybe a little limited(?). Tremor is maybe a bit more for the "aggro industrial" type of musician than the others. But don't get me wrong, Tremor sounds really awesome (I got it bundled with Geist 2 for cheap)! I also like Rob Papen's Punch but, I use it for the sounds only, as the sequencer is just kinda meh...I get better mileage using it with Ableton's sequencer.

Extreme Drumsynth is pretty cool,
V2 is even better....If you can get your hands on it ;)

Doesn't load samples though
