Does UVI Rotary allow you to adjust the crossover between the horn and drum?

Nop, but you can adjust separately the horn/drum volume.

Any possibility this might be added in the future?

It's a shame to not offer crossover flexibility, especially considering the incredible level of control you have given the user over other key parameters. Thanks.

Never say never, but there are already lots of tweaks so you have to draw a line somewhere.
In any case, we will wait a bit to see all the feature request following the release and see what make sense for an 1.1
