REPETO Mini is a MIDI looper and sequencer for live performance, improvisation and recording.

Records, overdubs and loops MIDI note data.

Recorded loop can be manipulated by by overdubbing new notes and by manipulating recording, loop length, quantization and playback parameters in real-time.

Available as VSTi and AU MIDI FX plugins for OSX 10.7+ (32/64 bits).

More advanced commercial versions will be released in the first quarter of 2018.

Part from Spiral, anyone got a list of Reaktor ensembles that work as MFX? Most of the ones I've tried don't seem to output MIDI to logic

Don´t can get this to work as well. Again Reaktor is really a pain in the arse to use.

Perhaps if you use Logic Midi Enviroment. Just Go to Window/Open Midi Enviroment/Pick Microtonic and click the tiny arrow where it says settings/Then drag that cable to Batteries Setting tiny arrow.

So basically what ever midi is playing on Microtonic track will trigger and play battery all in real time even if you edit. Also if your notes are not matching up, just use Midi FX transpose to get those Beats Matching!

Don’t see any mention of my two current favs:

Scaler
Kameleono

…which work brilliantly together btw.

The few seq I've tried in Reaktor as a MIDI FX worked beautifully, esp my all-time fav, which I like even better

You can set up a little loop, then run it for a while, capturing everything to a long MIDI file with the indispensable MIDIFX Freeze.
I'll see what I can do with Nod-e. Any others people are struggling to use?

Just tried Nod-e, no problems at all. You might need to switch on Edit mode to make sure the MIDI OUT/External in the Connect tab in Properties is set to Plugin or All:

…hardly a "pain", just the basics of how Reaktor works:) Hardly any more complex than Logic itself! And once you give it the time, there's an endless stream of MIDI sequencers and modulators available in the User Library:

I've been exploring these for years in R stand-alone, via IAC into Logic; this just makes it all a bit easier and more in sync.

Now with SQ4, Sequence Processor that can run along-side the Mod Processor.

Cthulhu from Xfer is also a MIDI FX.

As are the mixedinkey plugins Captain Chords, etc.
