GB - I quite liked the tune..
As it happens, I'm doing an anger track at the mo., but it has words..
I'll finish it soon
Hope Eviction doesn't happen.

Well that's the first verse anyway.I didn't start at the finish line
I had to work thru the dirt to get where I am
And if the punishment fits the crime
Guess I've paid my dues, 'cause I've carried the can
For all of the things that I said to you,
All the promises of what I'd do
Were just empty words at the best of times
Keeping you away from what is mine
I'll finish it soon
Hope Eviction doesn't happen.

If I wrote lyrics for mine, I feel there may be a few red faces around...
Looking forward to hearing yours.
As for the eviction thing - there seems to be nothing I can do to stop it at this time - it's all tied up in red tape and officious incompetant officials who couldn't give a toss cos it aint them.
It just makes you wanna screeeeeaaammmmmmm!!!!!

What do I have to do to make a track that nobody likes?
Apart from work really hard on it?

depends how its used
you should know this mick
right your angry but tempers and shouting as we both know get us nowhere.its best to sit back, take stock and then use the energy positively.
instead of striking out at friends and such ask for help
i know its easy for me to say this now because its this way round but remember in the past its the advice you yourself have given me in different words but it all adds up to the same shit really.
dont wanna see you go under

After reading the thread I'm scared to say I liked it
But really, I did. I love music with emotion and this one has emotion. I can hear a great deal of anger in the song, mainly helped ny the doubled bass and the synthed drums.
May those f#ckrs who want to evict you have pains where it is uncomfortable. The ending is a bit harsh.

Hhehe, doesn't sound very angry to me, needs more ranting, and a few devils chords in there.
Eviction, right bastard. I got evicted once, by some fuckwit landlord who wanted to sell his house.
In the end though, it was a blessing in disguise cos I got this ere top place where I live now, so you never know. Doesn't stop em from being c**ts though. I was tempeted to put a brick through his shop window, but some f**kers would probably have said, 'oooh it's a rascist attack', plus, his 2 sons were quite hard....

Harsh ending, yeah. Couldn't think of anything else I'd like to do to the f**kers at the time though...

Yeah, you're not the first here to say it's not angry enoughdonkey tugger wrote:Hhehe, doesn't sound very angry to me, needs more ranting, and a few devils chords in there.![]()

OK, I think it's time to let on just why I'm likely to be evicted.
I can't really blame the landlord - it'd be easy to do but:
*deep breath*
I've been out of work now since December.
The housing benefit stopped paying my rent and council tax in January cos they say I stopped signing on, which I didn't.
Both I and my landlord have been getting envelopes full of letters from the arseholes - up to a dozen letters in each envelope, all dated the same but all with completely contradictory information in them - and all totally wrong.
Now, not only are they NOT paying the rent to my landlord, they also keep sending me bills for overpaid amounts that I can't possibly owe because a) I'm still signing on, and b) if they haven't paid it in the first place, how can I have been overpaid? (Yes, the dates tally). The latest bill they sent me was for 800 and something quid to be paid back within TWO WEEKS or be taken to court.
My attitude right now is 'so bring it on - take me to court!'. At least then I may get some justice, but the length of time these things take to go through the system, I'd have lost this house long before then.
I've had Citizens Advise, Welfare Rights, Solicitors and specialists on the case.
I've been down in person.
I've had letters, faxes, emails and telephone calls sent from the office which pays me stating categorically that there has been no break in my claim.
For each one of these letters sent from the official office, I get yet more bills from the HB office.
I don't know what's up with these idiots other than complete incompetancy.
Of course, as my landlord has had no rent since January and nobody seems to be able to sort it, he's saying that he wants someone in here that's actually gonna pay rent.
I can't blame him really, he's been remarkably patient for a private landlord.
So that's the story - the HB office just bumble along from one farce to another, I get nowhere, official bodies get nowhere and my landlord's run out of patience.
Donks, I've moved so many times in my life, and it's often good to keep a fresh outlook on these things, but where I am now, I've got really good neighbours, which counts for a LOT, I'm surrounded by friends and there really is no other street in this area that I'd wanna live on.
Most of the area's either boarded up anyway, or the quality of life on certain streets just wouldn't be appropriate for someone like me.
I don't wanna move, cos I'm settled here, for the first time since I can remember. Well since I came back to England from Spain, anyway.
And yes, I'm panicing.
