What a foolish comment...
I found it quite funny and fitting TBH. :P

Not so much to do with skin colour though, just wondering at the kind of stuff you can do hundreds of millions of Dollars with in the US.

probably the same thing you could do anywhere with that much cash.
pretty much anything.

I meant, that you can do so much money with what Beyoncé or her husband do. Crazy.

ah, more a boobs in the face than a being peed on guy.
best option really. also, less embarrassing to bring up a few dates in to a relationship.

On a serious note, I don't like Beyonce's voice, it sounds pretty irritating to me. Her music is also just mediocre in my view. Never understood her success, frankly.

I actually prefer Kelis, she's crazy, yet authentic :hihi:

Yeah, she's a warbler, fuckin annoying.

tbh, i think jay z makes the money, hes a hell of a business man even if you don't rate his music.
wouldn't matter if his and beyonces records tanked these days the amount of pies his fingers are in.

Aside frim led zep, never heard of any of them.
- Diplo has worked with Madonna, Usher etc.
- The Weeknd's last 2 albums has been no. 1 in US and UK.
- Jack White - same thing
- Soulja Boy had a no. 1 hit, although a few years back.
- Andre 3000 and Big boi - AKA Outkast' last 5 albums has been either 1 or 2 in US.
- Kendrick Lamar - last 3 albums has been 1 or 2 in US.

You might not know them, but these are huge names.
I imagine this album wasn't cheap to make, but I guess she has pretty deep pockets by now.

And those names pretty much assured it would sell to a wider audience

i think jack white will show up anywhere these days so long as hes assured hell be allowed to wear his pork pie hat in all publicity shots and squawk like an angry crow on choruses.

Exactly: later on ! A refreshing sound can flourish immediately. Yet it's only when looking back to value its real creative renewal.

Quite a few songs/albums/movies/etc. were dismissed as (whatever .. feel free to substitutie any characterisation) or were simply not recognized as groundbreaking. Only much later they gained a special status and became iconic.

Many times it's only possible to value non-ordinary creations retrospectively.
The more I hang around at KVR the less music I make.
