Robert smith of the cure may have been a total dictator. and mark smith of the fall too? so many personnel changes.
.
there was a joke in manc amongst musos that if you waited long enough, youd be asked to be in the fall :hihi:

once, sat in a smoking circle, i passed a spliff, just lit, to mark, who stubbed it out, twisted the end and put it in his fag packet.
he could often be seen "minesweeping" drinks in bars.
bit of a c**t but a modern day poet
he will be missed.
how great is that eh? I have never interacted with anyone famous like that. oh wait, I was once on the same sidewalk downtown with a former prime minister. close enough to shake hands with. i thought "wtf, where is the security team?" he was working as some kind of consultant at that time. he smiled at me. but it might have been the smile a king gives to a peasant. I dunno.

it must be great living there in the land of the mighty Brit bands. who else famous have you met, if I may ask?
ah böwakawa poussé poussé

manni from the stone roses used to rehearse in a place i hung out with his band 3bass, (him, hooky, my mates son bo walsh).(actually, look up bos wiki page, hes worked with a few and they all pretty much rehearsed at his dads place)
hooky once called me a daft c**t as i tripped on the stairs in front of him.
shaun ryders dad used to hang there a bit too and shaun picked him up a few times.

the original drummer from oasis lived opposite me, so i met that bunch of c**ts a few times. I was in the dry bar the night liam got twatted.

Hopefully not in a car...I’ll bet everyone in the city stayed at home any time they knew Shaun was out driving...

Getting back on topic, I would have expected that replacing Zach de la Roachclip with Chris Cornell would have resulted in something better than "Like a Stone".
Even if the piano player can't play, keep the party going.
