I was always rather gone on the HouseMartins style dancing, or that of Suggs and Chas Smash in Madness.Synthpopkid wrote:Best 80s Dancing must be Tears For Fears "Mad World"
Sadly, I was also into the whole Robotics thing - Tic & Toc and the like.
Just did a moonwalk and I can still get it.. Even the Marcel Marceau elements can just about be pulled off, tho' I'm a bit ropey - it was 20 years ago!

this is what it turned out to sound like.. so far at least:
http://jorn.lavoll.no/loveinspace/lovetheme.mp3
it for a movie ive talked a little bit about here on kvr. its just a silly movie, this is not meant to be serious at all.
the end will most likely just fade out in the movie.
any comments? anyone wanna do some guitar? for free?
hehe. for credits in a cute yet utterly disgusting sci-fi movie
?

You had me when the song started- sounds like a cross between Doot Doot by Freur, and some Giorgio Moroder... and then the vocals came in, and you lost me!lavoll wrote:ok.. a few months later.. hehe.

The DX7 was presented at NAMM 1983 along with the MIDI spec.
And the TX816 is 8 DX7s packed in one unit, that was released in 1985 (at least the Keyboard review is from that time)
I´m not sure, but I think that in Thriller they were very proud to do all the basses on a MiniMoog.
Just my POV
Correct me if I´m wrong
