Just tried out the demo - Finally a replacement for my old creaky Voxengo Pristine Space ! Although I've other natively 64bit convolution reverb VSTs, none quite matched the quick speedy workflow of auditioning and tweaking different IRs and their EQs like Voxengo's

However, this seems to be an Apple/macOS-only problem. I didn't have these problems under Windows, where the installer fortunately lets you set the target path for the IR libraries (~30 GB) to an external drive without any problems.Etienne1973 wrote: Wed Oct 14, 2020 7:13 pm Meanwhile seems we need to move the IR libraries manually to external drive.

Thanks - I use Forklift which has the ability to create symlinks as wellEtienne1973 wrote: Wed Oct 14, 2020 7:13 pmMeanwhile seems we need to move the IR libraries manually to external drive. I had to create symbolic links. Normal macOS Finder Alias didn't work.aMUSEd wrote: Wed Oct 14, 2020 6:42 pm Bit annoying that the installers for the IRs won't let me install onto an external drive. Why is this not possible?
For now a workaround:
1. Locate installed IR libraries on system drive:2. Move content to your external drive destination's folderCode: Select all
/Library/Audio/Impulse Responses/LiquidSonics
3. Download SymbolicLinker service app and install it correctly (consult ReadMe incl. w DL)
4. Create SymLinks and place it in the main folder 'LiquidSonics' on system drive

So, how do you guys like the new V3?
I really think it's a stellar update

Well I'd stopped using V2 as it was so tiny so now I can again, that in itself is worth it

Man you were exactly in the same boat as me!! +UI revamped makes the general navigation much more easier and fun. V2 felt bloated and cumbersome for any adjustments. Now this is goneaMUSEd wrote: Wed Oct 14, 2020 9:15 pm Well I'd stopped using V2 as it was so tiny so now I can again, that in itself is worth it

love it - like others say the UI improvements alone make it worthwhile, fusion IRs are a huge bonus as wellNeon Breath wrote: Wed Oct 14, 2020 8:49 pm So, how do you guys like the new V3?

I messing with lush and rich Fusion IRs in one reverb engine, and some strange more abstract synthetic IRs in the second engine, mixed & modulated together. This is crazy

I had to get it, so much fun blending halls into springs etc....
Its better on cpu than Abletons Convolution pro and sounds far better.
I recently got the Inhalt townhouse IR pack and they sound amazing loaded into R3.
I might have to get some more stuff from Past to future, I have been after some decent Quantec IR's for a while

Wish these guys would use a proper CDN or cloud hosting for their downloads. Their DL speeds are ridiculous, especially for the IR packs, which I assume we need to download from scratch.
EDIT: Nevermind. There are "Alternate links" for a US server, and those are fast. Duh.

For anything else also, don't hesitate to contact LiquidSonics directly. Very responsive, friendly and quick support. I had trouble in the past with my license and an update and they fixed it really quickly.

This thing just became a joy to use. Amazing the difference a proper UI can make.

Isn't there a stadium preset or something quite similar in the Fusion-IR/traditional presets already? Can't fully remember but I recall seeing something like this...dusted william wrote: Thu Oct 15, 2020 2:51 pm can anyone suggest some good stadium IR's for use with version 3?
