Tried upgrading Cubase and Steinberg gave me nada

Update: issue has been resolved
There was an issue somewhere down the line - I don't know where - but the purchase apparently DID go through. And Asknet was surprisingly fast at responding - I waited four (banking) days to see when I get the money returned. Asked once I didn't see it at all and they got back in touch within an hour and it turns out the payment did go through.
I don't know what specifically was the source of this issue - perhaps the fact that I used the Nordea e-payment option, but it typically works instantly since the bank AFAIK just confirms that the transaction did take place even if the money wasn't sent yet.
So yeah, got my upgrade and everything is rollin'
