Melodyne, RX and Pro-DS for cleanup.
Parallel compression, saturation, delay and reverb to taste.
FX chain on track itself - Noise reduction EQ and very light compression. Maybe a gate.
What are your favorite tools for mixing vocals?

For vocals my fav comps are LA3a emu or Distressor emu, but quite often no comp, I make level corrections manually.. Eq Pultec emu. Rarely some saturation plugin. Sometimes no reverb or a EMT 250 emulation (I am a Prince fan haha). Rarely need de-esser, I correct it manualy by lowering level. Sometimes delay Valhalla or Waves Supertap delay.
Most important thing is the mic!
In a not well treated room a Neumann mic would be the worst choice.
But my fav plugins change from time to time, I liked 1176 on vocals back in the day
