It’s cool they added it I guess.

If anyone is GASing for one, definitely try out the OG versions before dropping their asking price.

I’ve had the original one via trade for a month or two??? I am no longer GASing for one.
I can see how people build around these things but I really don’t want to work that way.

Even with second tape deck, longer recording times and stereo everything, this is a dedicated workflow. Either you use it or don’t… or else it become a little sketch pad (but is a sketch pad worth that price??).

There’s so many great bits of gear and ways of working with sound now days. Maybe this clicks for your process but if it doesn’t there’s no loss.

I still like the OP-Z (even though I think I’m finally experiencing some of the dreaded double hits on key presses).

Love my OP-Z. Very fun, super powerful, and IMO it’s reasonably priced considering how much it does and how great it sounds.

(Don’t wanna jinx myself by commenting on double hits or starting to bend like a banana, but so far so good. )
I lost my heart in Cap de Creus

Was reading on the Elektron forum that isopropanol on a q-tip will temporarily fix the double trigs. I need to do the same on my Xbox controller for occasionally stuck triggers. It sucks when you racing and trying to apply the brake.

I don’t have issues with the banana bend either, thankfully.
