Any one VST plugin which does looping, reverbs and delays?

Sure, although I don't think I did anything special here...
For the Reverb, I just loaded the Medium Hall preset, increased the size, set the reflectivity mode to HP200 and turned the Dry/Wet modulation amount all the way up:
...and on Freezeverb it's literally just the LevelBasedFreeze preset:
