Peter -The Comprexxor wasn't added to my account after I took the survey. I opened a ticket several days ago and haven't received any response from your support team. I've been a loyal customer of IK for years, kind of sucks to be ignored after buying so many of your products. Can you please give me some advice as to how to reach out to someone from your company with this issue? I also didn't receive the Nu-Tron III for some reason so my account appears to have an issue. Sorry to clog the thread with this but when I get no answer from support it's kind of frustrating. Thank you.

I installed, activated but when I insert plugin on track it tells me not activated and produces noise every now and then. it is activated via Authorization manager as I totally hate Product manager.
I have 20 IKM plugins, all activated via Authorization manager, all work. When I check my user area, I can clearly see that Comprexxor is activated on my computer.

Try opening the Gear Shop before you open the plugin. If it stops making noise, close the Gear Shop and then try again. IK is weird and inconsistent with their authorizations. its like two divisions of the same company created two completely different ways of authorizing and sometimes both are needed. IK you need to address all this and make the whole customer experience more streamlined. enough is enough. its been over a decade now of this nutty approach.

For some reason Genelec is not in the speaker brand section but is in the sub section and room correction section. Just thought that was odd. Someone probably forgot to put it in there.

Comprexxor emulates the Distressor by Empirical Labs. Versatile compressor classic with more than one trick up its sleeve. I had to read the original manual to get more info about that unit. Perhaps helpful for others too.

Not surprised you're giving away a freebie (there have been many over the years, thank you) - but surprised it's this one as this plugin is still fairly new release. That's very generous of you, IK. Shame I already bought this but I'll take the survey anyway.

It's a very good and versatile compressor. I used it for one recorded bass track (Fender P-bass via DI) and it was good for that. Probably works well in many cases. I guess it's pretty easy to take the survey if you like to get the plugin.

I remember Glenn Fricker a Rock/Metal producer A/B'ing against his hardware unit last year, It sounds very close.
