Anyone else here on FL studio trying to get multiple outputs to work? In the 'Main' VST3 version running as effect there is only 1 audio mono channel out available. There are several other CV out (and in) reported but it seems like they wont output anything when i route audio into an audio- or cv-out module.
The rest of Cardinal works like a charm so far :)

I see, thanks for the heads-up.

Anyone know the keyboard command for pushing modules against each other? Like, grabbing one module and using it to push a row of modules together. I know this was possible in VCV Rack, but I can't recall the command.

In 2.1.0 they changed the behavior. Then in 2.1.2 they added an option under View -> `Auto-Squeeze modules when dragging`. Turn that off and then you can drag and push using ctrl+drag.kylebenjamin wrote: Sun Sep 04, 2022 4:13 pmI know this was possible in VCV Rack, but I can't recall the command.

Is there a way to make this setting stick so I don't have to change it for each instance?DRMR wrote: Sun Sep 04, 2022 4:18 pmIn 2.1.0 they changed the behavior. No. As mentioned earlier Cardinal (currently) doesn't write any configurations to disk. So there is no way to persist these across instances.

First time I've seen this synth challenge... very fun looking, but Cardinal is maybe a bit too much for me I think.

Welcome!) On the contrary, Cardinal is a great opportunity to start! It is not difficult to master the basic principles, especially since the basic patch is already a full-fledged synthesizer. There are also several modules that are also complete synthesizers, so you can start with almost a standard synthesizer, making presets for it. And then who knows how far you want to go!fr3357uff7h4nk5 wrote: Mon Sep 05, 2022 4:58 am First time I've seen this synth challenge... very fun looking, but Cardinal is maybe a bit too much for me I think.

Thanks for the encouragement! If I can find any free time maybe I'll at least check it out even if I don't find the time to put something together.IV! wrote: Mon Sep 05, 2022 8:51 pm Welcome!) Very good choice for OSC!
I cannot understand how to get polyphony working in Cardinal (which works nicely in MacBook Air M1). I have the hostMidi set to four polyphonic channels and the vc output shows listed four separate c:s. However the normal VCO (which is labeled polyphonic) outputs monophonic voice?
EDIT: it was my monophonic filter! Everything works now!

Haha! Having a monophonic item in the chain has caught me a number of times already.
