Unused plugins. Why?

Today I found out that I have quite a lot of Softube I never use
Drawmer 73 / better alternatives
Some delay / I just don't like it
Tape / never got very satisfactory results
Amp room / don't like gui and amps, but nice fx
British console / always prefered other plugins, could re-sell it
Marshall Bluesbeaker sim / can't tell why I bought it, but was only 19 USD?!

When used in Presonus Studio One Professional, Softube Tape can be used with the Mix FX engine, it offers more versatility than the standard version.

I think we all have plugins in our folders that we rarely or never use.
I have figured out why I don't use them.
1. Long plugin and/or preset loading times: Arturia.
2. CPU hogs: AA
3. Ugly or bad gui: PA Bettermaker
4. Too many features and options: Amplitude
5. Mispurchase: Baby Audio Taip
6. Too many: PA Knif Soma eq,
I think I have too many eqs I like and know better

Anyone similar experiences or examples?

7. It isn't obvious from the name what the plugin is. e.g. I just want an EQ. If EQ isn't in the name, how do I know it is an EQ. Am I expected to know what every number / weird name is. It might be the number of a famous piece of hardware, but I hardly ever used hardware back in the day.
8. I forgot I bought it. (I always check if i already have a plugin, so I don't accidentally buy it again).
9. It was a freebie, I installed it to check it out, then never got around to playing with it.
10. I use the stock plugin, for speed, thinking I will go back and replace that later and never do.
11. I have no clue what I'm doing and most of these plugins go over my head.
12. I put a compressor / eq / whatever and try it against some other ones and really can't notice any difference. So end up using the one I started with.
13. I got a bundle cheap, where I wanted one or two plugins. So never use any of the rest of the bundle.
14. I got a bundle cheap, but so overwhelmed with options, I stick to what I have been using for years
15. It was in a sale. I haven't even installed it.
16. It was a freebie. I haven't even installed it.
17. I bought a bundle, (looking at you NI). I don't have that much space, so 50% of it isn't even installed.
18. I buy a plugin, my writing partner does not have, so I can't use it on our music (unless I print the channel), so I think I will use it on my solo work. But I've been working on my solo album on and mostly off for 22 years so it is unlikely I will remember the next time I do some solo stuff.
