would do it, if i knew how to upload here, but are your right mouse button + two finger trackpad click + ctrl left click really broken on your system so you can't do this yourself?
try it and you will see that it will open like your Reaper example, just without the additional panel to the left.
it will also be dark if your OS is set to dark
edit: oh, and the first lines on top (text entry field) will also be missing, so the top inside the window will start with your "no preset..." etc. line

I've managed to get the Chrome to get less busy by right clicking and then selecting something....
still a lot of s* I don't wanna see there.
