The whole question is a fallacy, both Hive 2 and Hive 2 have that typical plastic VST sound. Compare them to the real Hive 2 hardware, and the difference is like night and day. If you can't hear that you're an idiot!

I think this comparison is unfair.
Hive2 is meant to complete Hive2. They function each other with each other, like a kind of Yin Yang. They were meant to be.
As you can see, Hive2 simply can’t compete with Hive2.
