Until last week they did probably fine without and there are tons over tons of at least equally if not better choices for far less money or even free...

I tried it and beside the 0.5dB gain boost when doing nothing, it sounds worse than competition, distorts more audibly sooner.
All in all there are better options even free and especially paid.

Got it for $10, as well as other new plugins. Kirchhoff and the Silver bullet one.
