Speaking of mics… If there’s any talk on JZ mics, I’m curious about them for a 2025 purchase.

Their Black Hole looks great in videos, if that matters to you. Really striking. I have some original Blue mics that were manufactured by them, including one that is a transformerless design with the B6 capsule. If they make an equivalent mic now, I can vouch for that one.

Their bb29 is supposed to be similar, if not the same as the Blue Blueberry.

I might be looking at their BT202 (matched pair), black hole and I’m curious about their vintage series. The 67 sounded lovely from comparison videos.

This is all 2025 homework.
