No but this is exactly my point! There's so many algos in Vintage Verb, knowing what they're sort of modeled off of is really helpful.

Yes, but you also need to know what settings are closest to the hardware that inspired the algo (or certain aspects of it)... I think what V³ is missing is coloured "ballpark"-guidance.

What I think would even be much greater would be two colours:

"hardware inspiration" and "suggested settings", where the latter would be dynamic and interactive i.e. update itself with certain parameter changes - Sean would have to program these using his vast knowledge regarding all things reverb and familiarity with his algos (which we all lack).

Thing is: even if you read everything he writes about how to make best use of the algos, how to come closest to certain hardware, etc., it's pretty hard to recall all that when using the plugin.

Let's see if they add arrow buttons and mouse wheel support to change algorithm.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but on Mac I've always been able to change Valhalla plugin algorithm with keyboard arrow keys if I'm clicked into the menu.

Thanks. I'm on Windows. Not ideal having to switch my right hand from the mouse to the keyborard, but still better than expanding the dropdown menu. I'll try.
