Valhalla FutureVerb for sure.
NI Raum is also good. There's one particular preset I use as a starting point all the time, with just minor tweaks unless I really want to crank up the delay, and it sounds great on everything.
Valhalla Room has a "space" control which is feedback around both the predelay and early reflections; I've gotten some nice hybrid sounds with it -- but FutureVerb might eat its lunch once I learn it well enough.
I am fond of delays that have enough diffusion or added taps to turn themselves into reverb. Valhalla Delay and Supermassive, Noise Engineering Imitor, Phonolyth Cascade.
