''A.I. Slop'' No argument from me!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!

Already I've lost a contract because of this dramatic / rapid change in the industry.

Doesn't (yet) affect the top end of the industry very much at all, but down at the very bottom where I work we're all f**ked unless new legislation makes its way through the courts successfully.

I can't compete with some twat who types a few words into an AI algorithmic composition website and then ''creates'' / sells a vaguely competent sounding, generic, derivative piece of unoriginal music in less than 10 minutes for fuckin' peanuts!

Yes, it make me angry! (Just in case anyone hadn't picked that up)!

I know of one solution that most likely the audio and streaming companies will ignore. Digital embedded data in the audio stream that watermarks anything done with AI tools. If the data is encoded so deep and encrypted properly it's close to hopeless to remove it, even with resampling. But companies will just ignore it as long as there will be no proper regulation in this laissez faire US political power in place today.

That's one of many ideas that are being put forward at the moment in legal cases...but you're right....in the current climate, it's sadly got no chance!

All I can say is sorry to hear this, the anger is totally justified in my opinion.

Thank you for reviewing my collaboration song! Your song is very short. I like the guitar riff (melodically and tone-wise) quite a bit. I think your recording could be developed into a complete song that is at least two minutes long, with some work.

Thanks for checking out the track aaron aardvark. I think this song is a one-off, but maybe I'll revisit it in the future.
