Did you even check Line 6? There was Echo Farm plugin that is basically a DL-4 v1, but that’s discontinued. The DL-4 could be a problem. I don't think anyone makes a model of that per se. Of course there are plenty of VSTs which model the more popular effects that it models, but not so much for the swell in or filter delays.
