My Alesis HR-16. My brother borrowed it a long time ago and I haven't seen it since!
Not that I really need it but it's MINE! MINE! MINE!
Also, my Korg T3. The sounds were decent for the time it came out (M1-ish plus a bit more) but I loved the keyboard itself. It would make a much better controller than my current Roland Alpha Juno 2. I had to sell the T3 to pay rent a long time ago. But it did pay for three months of rent.
Also, this really cheap synth with a microphone I bought from Sharper Image around '89 or '90. The sounds weren't great but it had MIDI out. I used it as a pitch-to-MIDI converter to get some ideas down quickly at the time. It was a lot of fun. I gave it away.

I answered this a while ago, but the server "spoo"ed.
joint second: my 808, and a Yamaha CS-15, both nicked when I was living in Toxteth. Both were very limited, but sounded fantastic, thus provoking and rewarding a certain amount of misuse; therefore wonderful creative tools.
first: my hands!
I still have them, but, thanks (i suspect) to my job, they don't work properly anymore, and are now quite incapable of playing. for me, if for no-one else, that REALLY sucks.

1) My Fizmo --
2) The JD-800 that I didn't buy for $450 when I had the chance
Not missed at all: Yamaha A3000 sampler -- too much work for the results

I miss the keyboard of my Moog Prodigy. I know, it's a dinky little toy. But it's the only genuine hardware Moog I've ever owned. (I'm not counting the Moog Song Producer, an amazingly solidly built MIDI interface for Commodore 64.) The switches got ruined because I failed to notice when a noxious substance got inside.
*kicks self under tail repeatedly*
Grar. :-(
AFAIK the board and controls and all are fine. The keys themselves are fine. The case is... mm, battered and deep-fried from years of heavy use, but fine. The works of the keyboard... *sigh* completely shot.

my Ensoniq ASR-10. i bought that thing the week it was released with all the options and didn't eat or sleep for four weeks after that
now i really miss it and swear i'll get another one someday but only when i can justifiy spending money on something that i will not use profesionally because i had to sell my S5000 two weeks ago because i didn;t have the patience to use it anymore. got really corrupted by Reason and then Kontakt.

Stolen: my first strat. It was a Made-in-Mexico version, but at least it said "Fender" on the headstock
. I stripped the umpteen layers of paint and laquer off, and refinished it with a god-awful green/black marble effect that I thought was cool at the time but was actually hideous. Also swapped out the saddles and bridge pickup! During a funk jam that turned violent one night, I beat on it and played it with a screwdriver, staple gun, and wire cutters (for that final "sproing!").

It wasn't great, but I wish I still had it.

I miss my Polysix. She was my first analog synth and she slowly died as her NiCad battery ruptured over the years. Shortly after she passed, someone broke into my house and stole her lifeless body(along with some other shit).
I've also lost quite a bit of battle vinyl over the years as well.
