I'll be listening to electronic music, I'm sure. Not the same as now, my tastes in what *kind* of electronic music changes every year or so..

Or maybe I'll just be listening to my own tunes! :P

Of course, she's not that Cheryl Lynn, but that Cheryl Lynn is my sister too. Or maybe I should say 'sista'. Anyway, what was I talking about again? Nimoy why? I want cheese!

I'm pretty much already there - I rarely find anything new that I like so I tend to listen to stuff from my heyday, 25 years ago. I just finished cranking through URBAN VERBS and was listening to The SOUND before that. Even the EBM stuff I like is from the early '90's. The things that put me off a lot of new stuff is that its just the same old stuff being endlessly recycled. I can almost guarantee that I will still be making the kind of music I am now because I really can't see mechanism whereby I might calm down at any time in the future, if you know what I mean.

People were predicting twenty years ago that it was just a "phase" I was going through, so hopefully I'll keep on as long again with my "phase" of dark music (and hairstyles my parents don't like) :hihi:

Here's hoping there will be music worth listening to in the future :drunk:

I'd be happy if there was music worth listening to right now. All the stuff I was looking forward to in the last year - new Skinny Puppy, new Flesh Field, etc - has been a huge dissappointment. Thank God our new album fairly kranks.

Actually, I *know* there's always great music, but it would sure be nice if it were popular instead of what ends up on the radio most of the time.

If I even survive until 80, I imagine it'll be not too different than now. Only louder, since I'll probably be deafer. Maybe just save myself the trouble and live next to an airport - by that time I won't be able to tell the difference between that and Merzbow's record #394857398475 anyway.
