It appears that it is the pear I described that has been possibly deformed by agent orange like this poor kid.

Disclaimer, yes it's a sad story, and very dangerous (touchy) joke, but there's so much shitty news out there that you just have to make fun of the world's horrors sometimes

For the record, here's the very first fruit back in '98. It was a strawberry, and it sucked pretty badly, that's why it was made 3D afterwards. In 7 years it has been remade a couple of times (by the one who designed the help file), though.
