surely it's ok that we have these threads that are fun, and not combative? or ugly (or both).
i think MX is a hit, needs work, and will (undoubtedly) improve with updates. but (again) the sound of it is awesome, and i think that's the most important thing (hey, it's just what i think).
also.. cats.

It just like Brexit all over again. no-one votes along party lines anymore, it's all about aliasing.

Silly season, i guess.
Well said!! It's fun with aliasing too...vurt wrote: Thu Jul 04, 2019 7:13 pm we go off topic because humour helps us deal with the pain caused by aliasing![]()

So when does it come out? Because all reviews I saw say it's basically still a beta...

Is "all reviews" basically one or two reviews that you recently watched? Because no, it's not a beta. It's lacking some features, midi learn probably being the biggest. Automation can be handled with macro knobs though, but you can't easily assign a controller knob into the interface as you have to use the hardwired CC channels, so that sucks.antic604 wrote: Thu Jul 04, 2019 9:20 pm So when does it come out? But aside from midi learn, it doesn't have any significant shortcomings that would make it comparable to a beta.

They did it for the EDM crowd. It's the progression of WUB WUB dubstep bass. GORILLA BASS. It's like when you turn up the volume way into the red. Then it hits you hard. Like gorilla. I think everyone who's ever been to a zoo can confirm.
