Would purchasing Komplete 15 Standard and Ableton Live 12 Standard be better than purchasing Ableton Live 12 Suite for a beginner looking to record Rock, Dance and EDM music? Sorry if this post belongs elsewhere, I'm new to the forum.

I think, for a beginner, that is way too much stuff. Frankly, even running the demos is going to be too much, as you simply won't have the experience (and the demo won't last long enough) for you to be able to evaluate whether or not any of it is right for you. I noticed you had another thread, I'll post there with some ideas for you.
