Has a resonance CD been sent to my mate in New Zealand yet?...

I know I Keep asking this.. but it was his birthday over a month ago now...

Ok, I was away the last 20 hourt, but I am now in the process of sending everyone my address. And yes, hardcopies are required. I have to mail copies to Duplium and I need to keep the originals for safe keeping.

Hink, I haven't received any order info from kovacs/Jason recently, I believe he stopped sending them to me since freeztar is drawing now. Ben, re: Resonance CD's, I dunno. I believe vurt is now shipping them, but waiting on a list of names from kovacs according to the last I recall reading. If you send me his address I'll mail him one, I got sent an extra for one of my earlier preorders even though I requested none since I already had one (wires crossed early on).

i sent the forms today and i've been told it will take from 3 to 7 days to arrive at destination...

I do not have a way to contact Electroniqa, so if someone knows their email or kvr moniker then let me know.

I also did not send mails to Kriminal and Manytone as I believe their song was withdrawn???

i'll sent the form tommorow morning with registered and express mail. but i don't think that it will arrive before 7 days...
btw, wouldn't be nice(and wise) to update the katrina cd website now with the final cd tracklist?

These forms... just a thought.. but Can we fax them?.. or does it have to be the original? will save waiting for postage?

The originals are needed Ben, for legal reasons. I don't believe a copy of a signature would hold up in court.
For example, say 5 years from now, someone hears the cd and says, "hey, I wrote that exact melody 7 years ago". They could sue Duplium, xRAVENx, and/or me and anyone else involved in the production of the project. A far fetched example for sure, but for our sakes, we need garaunteed proof that we are not liable for the other artists' work. I am going to buy a firesafe box and keep all the originals within it. And it may turn out that Duplium wants the originals, in which case I need to be able to make 1 off copies and keep those.

that's right, a fax has no legal validity.
