They want to tell you, but according to the terms of the NDA if you don't already know then you don't need to know, unless you are on a need-to-know basis, in which case they need to know about it and you will need to know how to contact them and if you don't know how to contact them, they don't want to know about it.

I have recently learned that this plugin has been pirated by the same crack team that cracked into your banking account and charged you for this plugin.
