Along those lines, are there any plans to update the UFO sample converter to allow converting the Sonic Kapsule sounds to Inifinite Player (or does the scripting involved not make this an easy 1:1 map?). I see the Kapsules for sale on the SR website in IR format, but didn't know if there was a conversion process for those who owned them in the previous format.
No more UFO. The good o'l universal format OUTPUTTER! But, there is supposed to be a tiny charge just to upgrade your Capsule to an Infinite Kapsule. However, if you're a Gold or Platinum member on esoundz you can just have that upgrade for free. Talk to Allen and if have Sonik Capsule titles - the 5 that we did for IP - then he'll just put the Kapsule for IP version into your user account for free. But... maybe wait until the smoke clears on this GB delivery? That's the only thing.

The cool thing is that the Kapsules are being enhanced with new features and patches. A continuing development again. I might even do STm kits with the two drum titles (I want that for myself! Those are different samples than these and a bunch of cool electronic stuff in there as well).

Sweet! That is really excellent news. There's no immediate need, so I'll definitely give Allen time to go on a nice long break after the OWD Group Buy smoke clears :) I love the Eclectic Drum Kapsule (my first real introduction to the mad genius of Sonic Reality, some 7 years ago, was some of the hybrid drum kits in Sonic Synth 1) and still use the Bass and Electric Guitar Kapsules on a regular basis... it's nice to know those will live on Infinite-ly (Player-ly).

Edit: and, oh yeah, UFO was the bomb. I felt so productive pointing it to a SR sample library and just letting it go to town, waiting for the Sampletank patches to come out the other end. Kind of like watching a sausage machine at work!

I'm guessing, though, that the chief ingredients in both sausages and SR samples are blood, sweat, and (assuming pigs can cry) tears.

You should already got 13 OWD kits, the Infinite Player (or the Jazz Kit, if you already had the IP), the Deluxe Piano and 150 midi files from Oddgroves.

More tomorrow, when Admiral Squids launches Phase Two.

It isn't that it isn't ready - although it is being looked over today for any final tweaks if necessary. But, with 800+ people downloading 8-10 gigabytes each we had to split delivery into 3 phases. The first phase has been delivered which is all of the OWD kits, the Infinite Player and the ODD Grooves... and the free bonus piano. The next Phase has all of the DM2 STm kits.

I need some help please. Sorry to sound dumb but I went to the "my account section" of esoundz and I'm not seeing any group buy code or anything. There is a link for downloading kontakt 3.5
Does that have the drums in it or what. I have kontakt 4. I'm confused.
Where can I find what to do from start to finish what I have to do to get the drums?
Thanks

In the link right before your post.

And it takes a few hours for the serials and downloads to appear in your account. Did you join today?.

What do you see when you go here: https://www.esoundz.com/myaccount/downloads.php ?

Wait! Let's take the discussion here: http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... 0&start=30

I'll ask you there.

The guide would be different depending on say... if you have Kontakt 4 or not. Since you do then this is what you need to do:

1. At the top of the member's area of esoundz there is a link to merge your account with DownloadableSoundz.com - this is necessary to do for the multiple choice parts of this group buy. Merging the accounts will allow you to use your same login info for both.

2. There should be a serial number/redeem code in the member's area of your esoundz account (under "my downloads"). If you click on that it will take you to http://www.downoadablesoundz.com/redeem.php where that code will be redeemed so you can select either the Infinite Player (which you NEED if you don't have it) or a Jazz Kit (for those that have the Infinite Player already, this is a nice alternative bonus).

Note: The Infinite Player is an expandable Sonic Reality library module within Kontakt (Kontakt Player 3.5 or 4 or the full version - works the same in any of those). By activating the Infinite Player through NI's service center using the second serial number for Infinite Player (which you'd see in your download area if you chose it) you will then be able to play Sonic Reality's Infinite Player format sounds (without them playing in demo mode)... that includes the sounds of this group buy and hundreds of gigabytes of other sounds you may expand with.

3. You'll first download the Infinite Player Installer and unzip it. Inside will be a Quick Start Guide which talks about how to load the sounds so make sure you follow that - particularly with regard to installing the sounds by keeping the zips of the kits still in zip format and dragging and dropping them onto the library installer.

4. The OWD Kits should be there in your esoundz member's area under My Downloads. If for any reason you don't see that OR if you need more help then please contact Support either by creating a support ticket on esoundz or just email support (at) esoundz (dot) com and you'll be all sorted.

Ok, Followed the link and back on track. Thanks!
Did encounter something weird though.
The email order confirmation I recieved from support@esoundz is blank when I open it. That's happened before too.
