Nice one. But in fact, I, actually do talk with Brian periodically. And I can tell you based on some recent conversations, you are certainly not a friend, Compy.
Is that so... okay... cool... good to know then...

Yes, it is good to know. Especially since friends don't demean each other and profess how they are doing a poor job at things in public. Maybe one day you will understand how to be a good member of society, as you claim you are. Until that day, you should refrain from posting in any of the OSC threads.

I feel like KVR needs some gang/clique badges that we can attach to our profiles. Then each gang could collaboratively produce a video/musical, you know, in the style of West Side Story, every year and we could montage them all together into a big KVR musical production..

"When you're an OSC your an OSC all the way, from your first sloppy mix to your last dying day!!!!"

z.prime - you're
a) not the boss of me
b) you're not the "staff"/CEO of the OSC - and CEO's HAVE TO take action if sh*t hits the fan (period!)
and c)... if Brian really did this... then that is not only highly unprofessional, but also an abuse of confidence, not to mention trust

I just wrote him - I want to hear this from himself
So again... thanks, because that is indeed "good to know..."

You've got my vote on the musical production...

So... despite all the posts explaining how this is a community run contest, you really still don't get it, do you? Unbelievable. Unbelievable, Compy, unbelievable.

Post

So the "community" can sh*t talk others (including collaboration partners) and get away with it?
Like these "we-share-everything" alternative communities?

Unbelievable indeed.

And one final time, my user name is Compyfox... "z"!

Compy, I don't even remotely understand what you're talking about... the 'community' is the OSC. If you haven't noticed, in life, if there is no community, you're just all alone. But you can't seem to let things lie, so the truth is, you need to understand that you've overstepped your bounds. Bringing to light an issue is absolutely fine. Continuing to try to make yourself out to be the hero of the situation, better than everyone else: superiority complex. Lose it.

Post

I guess this is where I draw the line then.
You obviously don't want any help, and you act "superior" to all others.

If sh*t hits the fan for you - good luck, people.

... and there was much rejoicing.

I think you stepped enough backs for today, z.prime.
You can definitely feel proud about that.

The thing is... unless some mod "cleans up" in here (which might happen), people will see the behavior of this "mighty fine and flawless community".

So you're not the one who has the last laugh...
...and that actually makes me quite happy.

On a side note, i would humbly add that Spotify is not available in India - my country.

I request you guys, don't go for personal attacks.

In my honest opinion, staying calm is best option for now - at least up to Jan 2017 OSC results are announced.

I think all future action plans will be cleared when results are out.

Even if bjporter and rob would intend, they can not retract what problem has already occured (I am talking about the probably unintentional mistake of uploading to iTunes and spotify without proper consent of original owner of the song).

If any ones want to correct themselves, they should get some time. And I think, period of 15th to 17th Feb 2017-by when results are announced and every Top 5s have claimed their prize-will give sufficient time to well-wishers of OSC to clarify and properly formulate future strategy.

So, I request compyfox and other KVR members who want defined rules and regulation about this discussed matter to give some time to bjporter and related members to formulate strategy and future action plans.

Going in direction of personal attacks will not help anybody, I think.

Thanking you with warm regards,
Dee.P.Tree

You really can't just quit, can you? Every word you post fuels the hatred by almost all OSC members, you know - so just keep them coming. I can't imagine a "CEO" - as you put it - would behave this way. Let's see if you can stop now.

I totally read this in an Indian accent, I hope that you're not offended, it's really quite fun, try it sometime. Well, anyway, I think that it's quite happening that we have people from all over the world, I'm quite serious.

On another note, no Spotify in India? Really, what's up with that?

Compyfox shouldn't stop. Someone should be held accountable.
At best this episode has been an exercise in ignorance and a massive error in judgement.

It's not dramatic to say reputations and credibility are at stake.

Post

Aliens, have you ever participated in the OSC? Seems not. So, perhaps you should not attack people who have been involved in OSC. The issue has been solved, if you could read.
