So far OB-Xd was the only plugin i owned from DiscoDSP and the official page there indeed does not seem to be available now like the set of the website.

Anyway the latest plugin download also seems to be directly available at KVR:

I made exact A/B comparisons with the very same patch and to my ears the original is very slightly better sounding, but nothing of it will be audible in a mix or even sounding in isolation to anyone who does not know which version is used. I even think there will be days where I won't notice a difference, other than when laying things under a microscope, so to speak

I cant say much about which version sounds best, but it never ran correctly here until the DSP versions.

Plus I think it's pretty damned cool for a developer to pick up and support a freeware synth.
