Man, these videos are long! :o

I'm already in shock I've been missing out on this.

"Hibidy, are you saying with all these hosts coming out that this one could the one?" NO! I'll never settle down! But this one could end up soon getting the largest amount of work.

If this is the Studio One of the DAW world, then I vote for EnergyXT being the Black Ark.

Ok, I'll get my coat.

You should probably report it there on their forum. It sounds like a bug to me.

There might also be someone there using that device who navigated a similar issue or experienced the bug or anomaly, so asking there would be your best bet.

The login there is the same as your PreSonus "My Software" login.
I've already reported it as a bug to tech support but I will try the forum too - thanks for your help
Bit slow aren't they? - 6 days later still no response (and 5 for the forum). Still unable to get a peep out of it

For the info: 3rd party plugins and tutorial pack are available in my Presonus account. And I dare think in yours too ;)

I'm not a musician, but I've designed sounds that others use to make music. http://soundcloud.com/obsidiananvil

I've only downloaded the programme to have a peak but.......

You know the excess stuff you have to download - how does that get placed into the right place once you've downloaded it and can you move it anywhere and the DAW still picks it up?

I outta be done with these vids somewhere around 2013

Just drag and drop into S1 or install the files from the start page. You can choose the location.

Cheers - I shall attend to that on the morrow.

The answer is no, you don't have to install.

I think Presonus should change the restriction to 1 or 2 vsts/aus and give it away for free (blacklist vsts like bidule). They'd sell a ton more full versions and their own hardware to boot. I mean who wouldn't use studio one if they were starting out? Once you're hooked on the interface paradigm it's hard to change.

I'm not sure it's even worth downloading guitar rig and ezdrummer just so I can upload them elsewhere to sell them, haha. For the amount of time it takes it's probably not worth 1 or 2 dollars. The ezdrummer upgrade to full is the same cost as ezdrummer full from like amazon. NI gives away Guitar Rig serials if you spend 2 minutes to look.

I don't feel there's anything wrong with using the hack because all I'm doing is loading one synth at a time running it through Studio Ones distortion effect, bouncing it to audio and then going into another host. All it's doing is saving me the time of opening my main host, playing my synth, bouncing audio and importing that into studio one.

And hacking AU on osx? Anyone? I'll probably get around to testing it in a week. OS X is stricter about plugin location.

If you have the kore le/player installed make sure to download and install the kore presonus vol1 pack available in your account. This is not the same soundset that comes with the kore player on the NI website.

And you can access those sounds from the kore player in any other host.

200 new patches :)
Play it by ear
