Eclipsis was a lot of fun to use. I struggled with resonant frequencies quite a bit. Hopefully there aren't too many left in. I mixed on laptop speakers, cheap headphones and the TV, so I am prepared for the worst.

Here's my track, last minute as always with me for anything ever.
I spent so much time trying to work in an awesome part I came up with after I finished the structure of the song, but I couldn't get it not to sound like 2 songs jammed together, so I eventually gave up. Now I wish I spent more time on this version. Ah well. Maybe you guys might like it anyway.

It's my first time, be gentle.

Made in FL Studio.

14 instances of Eclipsis

Effects:
Fruity Parametric EQ 2
Thrillseeker LA
Density mkIII
Boot EQ
TAL Filter
Limiter No. 6
Klanghelm IVGI

All presets made from scratch except the kick for the faster parts is an edit of a photonic kick, I couldn't make 2 good sounding kicks, one was hard enough lol.

Hopefully that's right, I just joined soundcloud for this specifically, so I'm learning how it works right now.

Anything is possible! It's mostly just up to your mind... and the envelopes in the synth.

I'll see what I can do, a few of them were combos + some FX to sound just right.

Don't forget to submit your track here:

Sorry, if you've done that already.

@wagtunes: Thanks, I had a lot of fun making it and learning the synth and overcoming issues and all that. The huge amount of variety here is awesome. And hearing tracks like yours early on really helped me make up my mind to do this... I was worried my style might not really fit, but when I heard how original and varied the songs posted so far were I decided to commit to it. So thanks! and good luck to you too!

@sfiks: Done, it just hasn't shown up. Thanks for the reminder though, based on my posts tonight I can see how you thought that might be necessary lol

Post

Does my track need to be approved or something before it will show up on the group soundcloud? I just want to make sure I did it right, cause it's been a while since i uploaded it now...
