I can now start converting my presets to V8 format and will let you know of any more issues along the way. But the WaveSequencer conversion seems to be working now.....

Sounds good so far, and CPU usage is way down. I checked many presets and they are working fine. The ones that I ran into that were crashing are ok now.

I was wondering if you have documentation for it, or maybe I just missed it somewhere?

I know some of it is like the old Wusik, and some parts are easy to figure out. It's just that so many things have changed and have been added, so it would be nice to have a reference guide of some sort. There are the videos, but I like to have a manual too.

No DOCs yet, sorry, it is a heck load of work to do a manual, so I'm leaving that for last... but I will try to do a short introduction doc at least soonish...

The VST3 uses the same ID as the VST2 version, no idea on how to avoid that. But I guess you could just chose which version you want to use (VST3 or VST2) and delete the other one?

Wow, what an improvement on the CPU usage. Using the exact same presets in V7 and V8, V8 is at least 5-10% less CPU intensive.
That is amazing, I'm impressed and extremely happy. And, maybe it's just wishful thinking, but it seems the presets sound better coming from V8.

Now for a question, Will V8 also get the preset layering feature so we can stack presets and play them at the same time?
That is a very cool feature in V7.

Issues, when zapping through some of the 51 presets banks.

Acoustic Collection:
Guitar presets - some of them sound not acoustic but more as fx presets - acoustic guitar harmonics, digital distorted guitar, ... and steel string guitar. They work fine in W7 but in W8 they had a wrong modulation, because of LFO 1. 3 SAGuitar Presets - can’t load samples. Piano and Wind sounds don’t sound like in W7 - too much reverb.

Arrhythmia GSeq Grooves:
No sound on any preset, not from the sample player layers, not from the wave sequencer layers, soundsets are loaded. Because there is no Groove Sequencer feature like in W7?

DB-NuWav:
Some sounds are very different from W7 - NuWav-JS: laughing GAS; in W7 it has WS1 and WS2 active, in W8 only 1 (WS2).

Digi One:
Bass / Duck; has 2 layers, but only layer 2 Pure Sine is playing. Bass - Position Sweep - Modulation Env1 in W7 is missing in W8. FX - Star Trek; LFO 1 in W7 is missing in W8. Lead - Digi Space, has 4 Mod Envelopes in W7 and 1 in W8.

Mega Bass Collection and Mega Pad Collection:
Missing SoundSets in Wusik Sound Magazine\Autodafe\Mega Bass Collection and Wusik Sound Magazine\Autodafe\Mega Pads Collection. But they are there. In W7 it works.

After that I gave up. It’s too much in the moment.

All issues written above noticed with V8 64-bit in Cubase Artist 8 64-bit / Windows. But it's the same with V8 32-bit in Samplitude Pro X Silver 32-bit / Windows. V8 32-bit crashes Cubase Artist 8 32-bit / Windows.

Oh yeah, and a lot of updates will come to both Wusik 4000 & 8000 once I finish up the WS V8 code, as they share the same project files.

I just need more hours on the day...

Please, help me out, spread the word around, so I can work more relaxed this week and finish up all 3 products updates.

They use the stock sounds, but I have to check which ones.
