Hi and congratulations to everyone! :tu: :tu: :tu:

Thanks thanks thanks! This result is truly unexpected! I didn't think my slow tempo song could work.
I consider my placement 2nd and I am sorry for the disqualification of Jasinski who for me was the winner before the results. :hail: :hail: :hail:

Unfortunately sometimes I don't have much time to listen to the songs and if I could vote again for OSC160 I would give now many higher votes... shame on me. :dog: :dog: :dog:

Thanks again to everyone also for the comments.
Thanks to KVR and the admins of this extraordinary and funny contest for always giving me a great stimulus!

Very special congratulations to DoctorBob for his incredible 100 entries!

I was teen in the eighties and i grew up with the Juno sounds. Prize I'd like to receive is Cherry Audio's DCO-106. And thank to this brand for the gift! :hail: :hail: :hail:

See you
Best regards and ciao!

Hello everyone,

congrats to ZioMau for the win, and also the other participants ending up in the topfive.
Thanks for all the comments and votes for my track. Special admiration for DoctorBob:
I guess you are a cornerstone in this longlasting competition, and with the #100 you turn from
grey to white/wise ;-)
Good news from me: I finally found a way to take part in the #161, so see you all back soon.

Thanks. Definitely more white than grey, but still some black ... hair is way past my shoulders though, 1960's style!!! Once you hit 70 odd years of age hair goes grey and falls out! :dog:

... and I grew up with the VCS3 in it's briefcase form (Synthi-A). Also made my own in the early 70's, a standard 1v/octave thing using military grade resistors in a chain for the keyboard!

Thank you everyone for producing such wonderful music on this synth and for being so kind to a newbie like me on this forum, I learned a lot, and I've not felt this encouraged in a long while so it means so much to me! I've been on a composition burn-out for the last year until this competition which might explain why my submission has a bit of that frustrated energy to it.

What everyone was able to get out of this synth truly was incredible - I've listened to everyone's submissions multiple times by now. I'm quite familiar with the sound of old FM PC games and to think that's the same sound engine in these submissions really makes your head spin. It even makes me want to go back to some old synths I may have given up on too hastily!

And, is it really okay for me to claim a prize? Recently I've been keeping an eye on Audio Thing's Outer Space because my fascination lately has been tape, delays and spring reverbs... that seems to fit the bill in every area... Is it okay if I claim that one? :hihi:

Again, thank you everyone for being so kind!

Congrats ZioMau and the others!
Sorry I couldn't finish voting. July got really busy.

Ok, It's seem that I am the next guy. So for the prize I would like Dreamsynth if possible. Thanks to Cherry Audio.

Thanks also to Brian and Richard for keeping this running. This month I will not be participating with Synth1, even though it is one of my favorite free synths. But I am sure that the turnout will be high (and the voting will not be easy for sure). See you. :phones:

Welcome! As I said on SoundCloud - your music really excited me - so I hope you stick around. I joined 6 months ago - and like you - have not felt so encouraged musically for a long time. It's a good crowd.

I look forward to your #161 entry!

Thank you very much. I'm looking forward to yours too as I thought your FM submission was incredible in both its composition and storytelling. :)
