You are correct, MSA version 6.4 in my contract library states:

Wire Transfer within SEPA (minimum payment amount USD** 2,500)

It's only in Your Payment Information that I had set the Your Payout Limit to €1,500.00, and this threshold was used to reset the held-back amount, but in the end, it makes no difference since no payment was made either way.

If you read some of this thread, you had known there is no class action lawsuit, and there won't be any. No such thing in Germany. You need to do it all by yourself.

If you want some of your money, get in contact with a lawyer to sue them. And inform German police about fraud.

I can no longer log-in to my account and all that and hence I cannot see this new agreement 6.4 but if what the fellow user shared is accurate and US courts find it to even be possible for a German based GmbH to do so DR may just have opened us the door for US class action lawsuits >> "this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota in the USA"

I sent a registered letter demanding payment on January 1. The letter included a statement of their account with 5.75% interest added to the amount owing from September 30. Today, I received this note:

Hi Team,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and delay regarding your MyCommerce payment. We've added your account to the list of pending payments for immediate attention and will keep you informed as soon as we have an update about your payment schedule.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

I have responded with "this will be 90 days overdue by February 1. I will be sending this account to collection at that time."
