I want to offer my old Solina-strings as a prize (I´m cleaning my garage). The winner just has to come over and get it !

hello all,
ok, now that the cd's go to the pressing plant in two days(7th of november) wouldn't it be nice if you would add the final cd track list(with track durations and all) in the katrina cd website?
thank you very much,
best regards,
bakis.

Yep, we'll definitely put up the track list/Cue Sheet on the website -- That list is something to be quite proud of I think!
That we could coral all those weird, bellicose egos and misanthropic, curmudgeonly and outright self-destructive personalities into doing this CD is an absolutely astounding feat in itself!

You know, come to think of it, if you could boil those old strings for a few minutes they might sound OK again!poepe wrote:I want to offer my old Solina-strings as a prize (I´m cleaning my garage). The winner just has to come over and get it !

Mate that's cool eh? Thanks for pushing that through. The CD set is going to have some great coverage out there very soon I think -- we've got some great marketing events happening as soon as we release!Parallel Worlds wrote:hello xander,

Glad to know that this project is getting closer to being finalized. Alot of dedicated and tiring work has gone into this and I would like to tip my hat to all involved. Job well done.

FYI - we're also working on making the first donations to the two charities. I'll post more info when I have it.

It's a 'reality bite' now rather than the sound bite it's been for these past two months!
We'll be posting the receipts on the website for each lump of cash donated, so everyone will have a better sense of contributing
Also, I'm hosting a 'Project Complete' party at my place here. All are invited. BYOB/Joint/Splif/Etc..

Bakis,
to clear this up... mastering was finished today, they go to duplication this week as stated in the news a few pages back. More detailed info can only be given by freeztar/Keith or ...xander/Alex, as my own involvement in the project has ended today.
best
Markus

Thanks Markus -- Indeed -- we have to ship the final master file to the duplicator, so a couple of days yet to get there and a week to press, then ship to CDBaby.
We DO have a remarkable, tangible product now, thanks to xRx and all who've helped us make it this far!
Way Cool! KVR has given birth to something very special for charity yet again!!
Maybe our collectively stupid, argumentative arses are actually gonna get good at this kind of thing?
Cheers,
Alex
