yep, all have used samples from The Conet Project, recordings of mysterious 'numbers' stations picked up on shortwave radio.
Wilco were sued for unauthorised use, in fact "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot" is a phrase heard on one of the recordings.
"Swedish Rhapsody" and "Drums and Trumpets" are the nicknames of two of the stations.
