Sinzero: Thank you for your frequency-diagramms. This makes clear to everyone what bootsie eq actually does. Very much appreciated!sinzero wrote:just to help out a bit here...this is the preamp affect on a 1kHz sine wave (i turned up the slope 7dB). It seems "modern" just has a more drastic affect on the higher partials than "vintage"

Bootsie - I'm definitely going to download this when I get home this afternoon. THANKS!
Now for the big question...
Any word on the Athlon compatable version of Epiverb??? (Not to put any pressure on you, considering all of your plugs are free.

I saw someone complaining about not hearing any changes when turning
the drive nob.....
Try again, this drive nob does exactly what a Telefunken tube did to my
hardware preamp. It gets warm, silky and wonderful.
Amazing to see this done within the digital domain.
Great job,and ...please dont change anything!!!!!!!
I will tell George Martin to try it out :-)

Works in xt 1.4 no problems here. Rather brilliant too. The first version crashed a few of my projects so I sort of forgot about it but if this one is more stable it's going to see a lot of use. Thanks Bootsie. Amazing sound!djsubject wrote:has anyone tried this in energyXT? (1 or 2) for me i can move any parameters

The animation of the tube when you turn it on is cool.
Bootsie should really start charging a little for future releases, he could pull off charging fifty U.S. dollars, so maybe he should start thinking about about charging something like ten or twenty? not for things he has already released obviously, but for future releases, a little reward/incentive for him? his stuff is easily better than some payware i've tried!
