Ye don't have to be on Facebook. You can use the direct link to the website (assuming you can connect). I managed to fill in my details and then the page timed out.

No Facebook needed. Just fill in your last and fisrt names, email address and the Captcha. They email you an activation code with download links. There are also download links on the page after the Captcha.
