egs Nokia N1 - based on a 64 bit quad core Intel Atom CPU - priced at ~ 250 bucks has spec comparable to 400 ARM based android tablets. MS is supplying Windows for nix to low cost tablets. Both companies are desperate to gain some market share and are subsidising cheap product to buy their way in.
